We develop architectural concepts (in line with the latest trends, in an open dialogue with the investor) and detailed executive designs including, among others, executive drawings of equipment elements such as: barriers and handrails, furniture, shelves, executive drawings of the arrangement of rooms (wall plans, room projections and ceiling projections), detailed selection of colors, lighting fixtures along with lighting arrangement, etc. We offer author's supervision in the form of regular construction site visits.

If necessary, we also prepare material lists, investor cost estimates, and guidelines for industry-specific executive projects.

We work in BIM technology, using the latest licensed programs. We present our projects graphically in the form of visualizations and 3D models. Depending on the investor's needs, we can prepare additional graphic materials such as: virtual walks, animations, marketing and sales materials.
