For us, BIM is a tool creating a common "platform" for transferring information between individual design industries, the investor and the contractor. In the design process, we most often use BIM software for: inter-industry coordination, detection of collisions, bills of materials needed for costing, energy performance of the facility and visualization of the facility. During the implementation of facilities, parametric models facilitate the creation of schedules, reduce costs by accelerating the construction process.
