We offer assistance during administrative proceedings, performing author's supervision in the form of regular visits to the construction site.

If necessary, we also prepare technical opinions and expert opinions, energy consultancy, bills of quantities and investor cost estimates.

We cooperate with specialists preparing geotechnical tests of the subsoil, decisions on environmental conditions and other necessary administrative decisions.

We work in BIM technology, using the latest licensed programs. We present our projects graphically in the form of visualizations and 3D models. Depending on the investor's needs, we can prepare additional graphic materials such as: virtual walks, animations, marketing and sales materials and mock-ups of objects.
